Pro Image operates from our retail location in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Our business hours are 10am - 9pm, Monday thru Friday. *All orders placed before 9am (central) Monday thru Friday will ship the same day. All orders placed after 9am (central) and orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship the following business day.
*Pro Image can not control shipping times for orders that ship directly from the manufacturer. Items that ship directly from the manufacturer will be clearly identified in the items description.
It is essential that you enter a valid email address. Without a valid email you will not receive order confirmation or tracking information. We also use email as a way to contact you if we have a question about your order.
RETURN POLICY
Here at Pro Image, we are dedicated to customer satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item(s) for a full refund of the purchase price. All purchases are final on sale priced items. All items must be returned in new condition with tags attached.
You must have a return authorization number before retuning any item(s). To obtain a return authorization number, send an email to:

Please include in the email your original order number, the item(s) you wish to return and, the reason you are dissatisfied. You will then receive a response email with a return authorization number. Write that number on the side of the box you are returning the item(s) in. No returns will be accepted without a valid return authorization number clearly visible on the box.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The cost to return any item(s) to Pro Image is the responsibility of the consumer. Returns must be made within 30 days of the original invoice date. Send returns to:
