Our business hours are from 10am to 9pm, Monday thru Friday.

Do I have to pay sales tax on my order?
The state requires us to collect and pay sales tax on all items that we sell to Oklahoma residents. Any order sent to an address outside of the state of Oklahoma is not required to pay sales tax.

Can I order an item that is not listed on your site?
Yes. We can place special orders for certain items. If you are looking for a specific item let us know and we will try to get it for you. There is no extra cost for special orders. Send an email to pro.image.kerri@gmail.com or call (918) 628-1773 to see if your item is available and for a quote.

What is you return policy?
Here at Pro Image, we are dedicated to customer satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item(s) for a full refund of the purchase price. All purchases are final on sale priced items. All items must be returned in new condition with tags attached.
You must have a return authorization number before retuning any item(s). To obtain a return authorization number, send an email to:

Please include in the email your original order number, the item(s) you wish to return and, the reason you are dissatisfied. You will then receive a response email with a return authorization number. Write that number on the side of the box you are returning the item(s) in. No returns will be accepted without a valid return authorization number clearly visible on the box.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The cost to return any item(s) to Pro Image is the responsibility of the consumer. Returns must be made within 30 days of the original invoice date. Send returns to:

Yes. If you are purchasing more tham one item and you would like to combine shipping, place your order and then send an email to pro.image.kerri@gmail.com BEFORE payment for an accurate shipping cost.

Can I pick up my order in store?
Yes. If you would like to pick up your order from our store, place your order and then send an email to Pro.Image.Kerri@gmail.com BEFORE payment for an accurate invoice. As long as all items are in stock, we will have the order ready for you within 24 hours of payment.
